$13-19/hour Contract to Permanent Job Responsibilities & Description for Logistics Customer Service Representative:
Create and maintain customer files Resolve any problems or issues concerning shipper's freight Ensure all required documents for the import of their cargo has been received Verify and processing information for ISFs and entries Compile and prepare commercial documents for entry processing Audit import documents such as entry summaries, commercial invoices, certificates of origin and other US documents supporting US imports Track and trace shipments with steamship lines and airlines Provide pricing to accounting department to ensure billing is completed in timely fashion Job Requirements for Logistics Customer Service Representative:
