Place orders within proprietary system Provide excellent account management and cross selling of products and service (B2B) Provide regular customer updates to ensure excellent customer service Resolve any problems or issues concerning customers shipments, inventory or billing Work with purchasing and warehouse team to maintain filling orders Job Requirements for B2B Customer Service Representative:
